What materials do you use in your clothing?
We specialize in high-quality natural fibers, focusing primarily on organic merino wool, silk, and organic cotton. All our materials are sustainably sourced and selected for their softness and durability.
How should I care for my wool garments?
Most of our wool items are treated with natural lanolin and are self-cleaning to an extent. We recommend airing them out between uses. For washing, use a gentle wool detergent and hand wash in lukewarm water, or use a certified wool cycle on your machine.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a request. Note that for hygiene reasons, some items like hosiery cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
